This class is designed to support the practice of mindfulness, allowing us to develop the skills and attention to become present to our lives and connect deeply with our community.
Each class will be different with various focuses - somedays will be guided yogic practices for the physical body, others will be reflective and based on community sharing. The main intention is to gain insight into our lives, and noticing how these insights influence our perspective.
It is intended for those who want to establish practical ways to bring mindfulness into daily activities.
